It’s a new year! With the new year often comes the inspiration to get healthy. I hit 8 weeks postpartum this week so I can finally work out again! I had to wait a couple extra weeks because of my head injury. It felt SO good to workout yesterday! Right now, I am doing a hybrid workout of turbofire and cycling. We just got a new trainer called a Wahoo Kickr. Both my hubby and I are super excited about it!! Time to get rid of that baby weight!
One of my FAVORITE things about working out is getting pumped up by the music. I love to worship while I work out! What better way to honor the Lord than with both body and song!
