The time has come!!!! It is time for your Elf’s big debut!!!
I am so excited to kick off this years Elf on the Shelf Jesus Style: Teaching Biblical Virtues! I have been working hard on preparing these little mini-lessons for you to enjoy with your children. Each post will have a discussion section to prompt you to discuss that day’s biblical virtue with your child, scripture, and an activity. I will be posting the day before so that you have time to prepare for the next day’s activities. Most post won’t require much preparation, but I still want you to have it the day before so you can reflect on the biblical virtue as well. You do not have to follow my post exactly. In fact, I encourage you to supplement other activities and pray about how you can discuss that day’s virtue with your child.
Now on to day 1! Tomorrow, your elf will arrive!! It is entirely up to you on how you want your elf to arrive. Last year, our elf arrived in a wrapped package on our front door. My son opened the package and found his elf with a letter from Santa!
Your elf may be waiting with a big breakfast, sitting in front of the fireplace, waiting for the children with hot cocoa or be sitting in the Christmas tree! No matter how your Elf arrives, be sure to print off the Letter from Santa and allow your elf to deliver it 🙂

Do you have a monthly print out so I can prepare for the month?
I do not. I am posting them a day ahead of time though. It is designed so that you do not need much prep time at all 🙂
How do I use the letter to Santa and put text onto the PDF file to add my children’s names? I’ve tried everything but can’t seem to figure it out. So excited about this new aspect to our visits from our Elf!
Just write it in. I can’t find the editable version on my computer. That stresses me!
