I’ve got a case of the Mondays! So this will be a short post. My eternally long to do list is calling my name, and although I don’t want to answer it, I must.
“Stephanie, come hither! You have so much to do! Get to work!!!” -To do list
“I don’t wanna!!!” -Stephanie
“But you must!” -To Do list

Monday-Crusted Honey Mustard Chicken
Tues- Chicken and Asparagus Penne
Wednesday-Crockpot Enchiladas
Thursday- Slow Cooker Chicken and Rice
Friday- Crock pot Chicken Taco Chili
I shall attempt to make– Homemade applesauce.
