Monday Runday is on hold (as it has been for about a month), but they will start up again once I start running again. Ahem. I haven’t run since Thanksgiving (eeeek!) I hope I still have it in me. I better because I am signed up for the Color Run in Lubbock in March and the Rock N Roll 1/2 Marathon in October! I need to get out there and hit the pavement! As a matter of fact, Dr. Hubby is signed up for these as well so we need to get out there and run together! Pronto!
Per request of my sweet friend Amber, (and because I need the accountability!), I will be posting my menu plan on Mondays! For the month of December, I stopped menu planning and dinner went something like this: “what are we going to eat tonight? I dunno.” *stare at each other blankly* Oh my gosh. That was terrible.
So here we are meal planning again and all feels right in the world again.
Monday: Lunch- quesadillas, Dinner- Mushroom grilled cheese
Tuesday: Lunch- out, Dinner- Skinny Texas Cheese Fries
Wednesday: Lunch- Cheeseburger Pie, Dinner- church dinner!
Thursday: Lunch- hot sandwiches, Dinner- Pulled Pork in Crockpot and homemade fries
Friday- Lunch- leftovers, Dinner- Chicken N Dumplings made by Dr. Hubby!
My parents and Grandma are in town so they get to feast upon our amazing cooking. And by amazing, I mean, we didn’t burn it 😉
