Well sort of. This is a super quick post! The past few days have been crazy, as evidenced by the fact that I’m posting Menu Monday on Tuesday.
I do want to share with you this awesome menu planning printable that I have been using for the past few weeks. It’s from The Sisters Cafe. I strongly suggest you check out there recipe index. It’s awesome and I went pin crazy on their site 😉
Here’s the menu!
Breakfast- Yogurt and blueberries
Lunch- Organic mac n cheese with peas
Dinner- Homemade pizza! (Dr. Smartypants made the pizza dough and I made homemade tomato sauce!)
Breakfast- Pancakes and blueberries
Lunch- Black Bean and Sweet Corn Quinoa
Dinner- Tomato Basil Parmesan Soup
Breakfast- Cowboy Cake
Lunch- Creamy Cauliflower and cheese soup
Dinner- Ranch Chicken Enchiladas and dirty rice
Breakfast- Eggs in toast
Lunch- Leftover soup
Dinner- Crockpot Southwestern Chicken
Breakfast- yogurt and granola (going to make this the night before)
Lunch- Spaghetti Squash Alfredo (made a huge batch of this with a friend today and it was sooooo good!)
Dinner- Pesto Burger and fries
