This is a quick post and run! I’m kind of cheating this week because I only have to actually plan two meals! I cleaned my entire house today (and that felt good!) And I also played in the kitchen with some canning recipes that I will be blogging about in the very near future! I am super excited about it!!
Here’s the menu!
Monday- Husband prepared chicken n dumplings (soo good!)
Tuesday- Mexican Chicken Spaghetti
Wednesday- Church dinner
Thursday- Skinny Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas
Friday- Parent’s night out!!! We are going out…without the kid!
Lunches- leftover chicken n dumplings and Egg plant parmesan
