For the past few months, I have been planning our breakfasts and lunch along with dinner. But we always end up with leftovers for lunch! And I make muffins and they last all week. So I’m back to just planning for dinner.
This weekend was crazy. We had a garage sale, went to a surprise birthday party for a friend, and traveled 6 hours for an air show that got cancelled. So now I am trying to get caught up around the homestead. Here’s the meal plan for the week…

Monday- Crockpot Enchiladas
Tuesday- Crockpot Chicken Tortilla Soup
Wednesday- Supper at church!
Thursday- Spinach Feta Turkey Burgers and homemade fries
Friday- Cream Cheese Chicken Chili
