I enjoyed a nice vaca this weekend with the hubby and baby. We got alot done around the house! We did alot of lawn and garden work, like climbing/trimming trees and redoing the flowerbed. We were very productive and tt was actually alot of fun!
And now, the final week of the Ready for Summer Challenge is upon us! And I feel as though I was only present for about half of this challenge, with emergency vet visits, retracing from chiropractics, and making sacrifices, ugh!
While I didn’t hardcore workout like I did for the previous challenge, I am feeling renewed. I am feeling ready to tackle the last 8 lbs I would like to lose and I’m ready to get tone. I am even ready to run a 5k!
Color Run, here I come!
So whats the plan?
- Workout 4-5 times a week and track on the blog
- Prepare healthy meals for my family
- drink 64 oz of water a day
- track meals on MFP (why is this like the hardest thing to do?)
- Drink shakeology daily
And here is the meal plan for the week!
Monday- Fajitas bbq with some really great friends (it was so yum!)
Tuesday- BBQ deer steak with parmesan biscuits and scalloped potatoes
Wednesday- Veggie Beef Stew in the crockpot
Thursday- Chicken Rollatini stuffed with zucchini and mozzarella (sounds amazing!)
Friday- Healthy Baked Chicken Nuggets
I find daily tracking challenging as well. I think it's because of how much time it ends up taking!
Sounds like great plans for the final week. Good luck 🙂
Hope you meet all your goals in this final week of the challenge. 🙂
I cant wait til I can do a color run. Everytime I try to sign up for one in my area, its sold out. Have fun and post pictures!!
