This is a quick post with the menu details! This was the hubby’s last day before he starts teaching Summer 2 (so we played all day!). He will be teaching thermodynamics, which is a fancy engineering word for heat and its relation to energy and work. And that’s about all I got. The rest is math. And math and I don’t get along very well. We are very thankful that he has this job while he continues to search for his career job, but its only a 4 week course. We are praying that God reveals his plan for us soon!

What’s on your menu this week?
To be honest I don’t have a proper meal planning for my family. All is like spontaneous. I can see how how meal planning like this can help you more organized. Thanks for sharing. I’m heading off to read about the menu you share here.![My Profile](http://mendedbymercy.com/wp-content/plugins/commentluv/images/littleheartplus.png)

I am pretty sure we wouldn’t eat if I didn’t plan it! I cannot be sponatenous when it comes to the kitchen lol! My husband is really good about just whipping something together, but I am just not talented in that area! I have to have a plan!
This sounds so delicious! I can never find time to really cook stuff like that.
That’s why I love my slow cooker! For the days I don’t have time!
