This week, to be a little a different and old school, I pulled out some cookbooks. And guess what! I actually have my meal plan written out for the next 3 weeks! Go me!! I have had so much on my plate and been pretty stressed out so to give myself a little break, I spent a little bit more time in one sitting and planned it all out. Now all I have to do is write it on my calendar each week! (and post it here!)
In other news, I started Month 2 of Insanity, which I will report about on Fitness Friday. Let me just tell you…month 1 was a piece of cake compared to month 2. Oh.em.gee….
Monday- Chicken Cordon Bleu
Tuesday- Peppery Potato Soup
Wednesday- Meatloaf burgers and Fries
Thursday- Homemade fried rice and sweet n sour chicken <–We made this last week and delivered some to my sweet friend Janee, who now kindly requests that we make it again. It’s only fair that since she fed us last night that we feed her family this week! And the fact that we just love it when our families are together!
Friday- Crispy Cheddar Chicken with veggies
